Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Viagem. By creating an account or using Viagem, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the app.

Who we are

Viagem is a company based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us here.

The service

Viagem is a personal travel planning and tracking app that lets you record flights, accommodation, payment methods, air miles and loyalty programs, and train travel, and view analytics and a globe visualization of your trips. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Viagem. You sign in using a passkey (WebAuthn) tied to your device rather than a password — you're responsible for keeping the devices and accounts you use to sign in secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

Your data and content

You own the travel data you enter into Viagem. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it back to you in order to provide the app. We don't use it for any other purpose — see our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

Accuracy of travel information

Flight, accommodation, and other travel information shown in Viagem may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, including data sourced from third parties such as airlines and flight-tracking providers. Don't rely on Viagem for time-critical decisions — always confirm details like check-in, boarding, and schedule changes directly with your airline, hotel, or other travel provider.

Subscriptions and payments

Viagem is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans with additional features in the future. If we do, we'll clearly show pricing and billing terms before you subscribe, and any billing disputes will be handled according to the payment provider's own policies at the time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Viagem for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to Viagem, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts or data;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where the law gives you the right to do so;
• scrape, automate access to, or place excessive load on Viagem's services; or
• copy, resell, or redistribute Viagem or any part of it without our permission.

Intellectual property

Viagem, its branding, and its underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app — they don't transfer any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Termination

You can stop using Viagem and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible.

Disclaimers

Viagem is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that travel data shown will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Viagem, including missed flights, booking errors, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continuing to use Viagem after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under the law of the country in which you live.
